We use a third party organisation, Adroll, to help us target recent visitors to our site who use Facebook and remind them of BLB.

They then use this data to show BLB adverts when the viewer is using Facebook. No personal data is used by any other organisations and Adroll ‘de-identify’ data so that it is highly secure.

We use MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. When you purchase products on www.bricklanebikes.co.uk your name, address data, email and contact number and what you’ve purchased will be stored in our secure database system.
We hold no card or payment information. All payments are handled through an encrypted, highly secure partner Sagepay or Paypal. If you would like to make a payment over the phone, we have direct access to a Barclays Bank portal to take secure payments in GDP £.
