What is Vitamin C?

Vitamin C provides vital protection for the immune system, particularly after intense periods of exercise. It also contributes to normal collagen formation and the normal function of cartilage, which is essential for the normal functioning of the joints.

This allows Healthspan to deliver a higher dose without causing any stomach discomfort. They have also included citrus bioflavonoids to increase the absorption of vitamin C within the body.
