Healthspan Quercetin with Green Tea - 90 tablets

Quercetin is a naturally occurring antioxidant which is found in foods such as apples and berries. Whilst quercetin is relatively abundant in food, we only obtain relatively small amounts in our diet. Studies suggest a daily intake of 1,000mg quercetin is beneficial for those taking a quercetin supplement. Each capsule contains 333mg of quercetin alongside 40mg of green tea extract which aids the absorption of quercetin in the body.
